Our History
Charles Bayou School of Taekwondo (CBSTKD) has been created by, Master Charles Bayou in Rockville, Maryland. The school has been dedicated to teach Taekwondo to beginner, intermediate and advance students. The curriculum has been designed to respond to each level of the training.

Students will learn the principles of Taekwondo, the different Poomses or Taegeuk Forms, how to generate maximum power in relation to their size and build, Self-Defense, Self-Confidence, Physical Conditioning, recreation and mental discipline.
